【Good News】Unibridge International Education established “strategic partnership” with British century-old elite school---Ellesmere College (middle school)

On September 10th, 2015, Mrs. Ji Ying, the teaching headmistress of Unibridge International Education, went to visit British famous middle schools, at the invitation of Cultural and Education Section of British Embassy. During the period, she visited over ten British top boarding schools, including British century-old Ellesmere College (middle school). All these schools are amazed at the prominent education concept of Unibridge International Education and the excellent scores of UBE students, so these schools and Unibridge reached a preliminary agreement of educational exchange, scholarship awarding, Chinese and English courses exchange, teachers exchange, and so on. In October, 2015, Mr. Li Jing, the founder of Unibridge International Education Group, and Mr. Brendan Wig, the president of Ellesmere College, signed cooperative agreement officially, and established strategic partnership with each other successfully. Unibridge International Education will have interactions and communications with and Ellesmere College on the future English and Chinese language education, A-Level, IB courses, teacher training, students studying abroad, Chinese and western students learning psychology research, etc. Ellesmere College clears that every year it will start international students recruitment activity in advance at Unibridge International Education, and take Unibridge as the only base of elite students’ scholarship awarding in China.

On November 3rd, 2015, Paul Goodwin, vice-president of Ellesmere College, paid a return visit to Unibridge. During his visiting, Mr. Paul Goodwin and Mr. Li Jing had a deep conversation about British middle school courses IGCSE, A-LEVEL, IB, etc., and reached cooperative agreement. They also confirmed to officially turn on the “Micro Study Tours” project of students from age 8 to 16 to go to Ellesmere College to study on this winter vocation of year 2015.

In the afternoon of that day, Paul also had a friendly and kind discussion with some representatives of students and their parents who won the scholarship of Ellesmere College in 2016, and made a detailed planning for parents and students on the selection of academic courses and sports or drama after-class clubs. In the meantime, he also shared with parents and student representatives about the learning experiences of most graduates from Cambridge, Oxford and other famous schools in the last few years. Through this discussion, Unibridge student representatives and their parents have a further understanding of the school’s advanced teaching concept and superior academic level. Thus, they are looking forward to going to study in Ellesmere College even much earlier.

education for parent and student representatives of international education studying abroad salon.
